A build video advises taking Technical Rounds in rank 6 of offensive tech, the argument being that it will add another 30% gun damage to the gun damage of Tactical Cloak and Turbocharge. The sequence would be Turbo->TacCloak->shoot
Does anyone know if it works like this for gun damage? Or does it only apply to tech power damage?

Technical rounds increases gun damage whenever a tech skills is used. Tac Cloak counts as a tech skill, so it should increase the damage.

^ I would also say that the 30% still only works off your base weapon damage tho, not the increased damage from turbocharge or tac cloak. i.e. the damage would be additive, not multiplicative.
