ME:1 - Loved driving down the hill and going through the conduit. Then the fight in the Citadel where you smash through the window and look down the shaft before the fight your way outside with Sovereign in the distance. The fifth fleet coming in to save the Destiny Ascension, being able to let Saren go out on his own terms, and the scene with him falling through the glass. Shepard coming out of the rubble. Have to go with ME:1 in first place.
ME:2 and ME:A are too close to call for second. The quality of the game started going downhill at Thessia.
The only game that really did the gather your forces thing well was DA:O. You actually got to fight beside an army in real battles involving dozens of combatants at once, your troops were killable, and you got to choose what troops were used where.

Wow, I wish ALL was an option. The final pushes in all the Mass Effect games, in my opinion, were absolutely fantastic.
However ME3, prior to going through the beam to the Citadel, I thought was fantastic. A lot of people don't like Priority: Earth, and to an extent I do understand that. However, I'll always remember the feeling i have seeing London in ruins, rushing through the streets fighting the Reaper husks, holing up and talking to my crew one final time. Even running down that hill side while Harbinger was blasting every where around me. Even on subsequent playthroughs, I get a slight chill down my spine as I play that segment. Then as Shepard limps to the finish, badly injured.... The first time I played through that, I remember my hands were shaking and my heart was racing and my emotions were a wreck seeing this character I've played as and grown to love over the course of three games in such an awful state thinking "this is it... they really are going to kill Shepard." What came next.... well.. but up until that time, it was fantastic.
As much as I love every other ending for the franchise, that definitive ending feeling I got with ME3's final mission was something else... I haven't felt like that for really any other video game except for the final mission in The Last of Us and Telltale The Walking Dead Season 1. Once you reach the Citadel everything else started to fall apart, but dang.. ME3's Priority Earth talking to your crew tugged at the ol' heart strings. So for that, I have to say ME3.

ME3 and MEA.
The first time I played ME3, I think they already edited the endings to be a little longer than they originally were (or whatever) and I loved the fights, and the convos (Anderson was brilliant imo) and that 3-way choice & the fate of both my Shepards (unlike the rest of the playerbase).
Given the non-player driven end-sequences in other three ME game, Andromeda is my favorite, because of the world it takes place on, and the sibling participation. The endless companion shuffling in ME2 was not why I loved that game, though I appreciated the chance the game gave me to kill squad-mates, but the death was not particularly satisfying (I know, I know, that's an odd complaint).
I've liked ME1 ending, nothing wrong with it, but the biggest emotional scene in ME1 was Kaiden/Ashley death for me, not the ending, so ME:A was just better in that its end sequence was truly the culmination scene of the game for me.

I rated ME2 at the top, followed by ME:A. I particularly enjoyed how, in ME2, you could assign specific roles for your squadmates that weren't with you in the Collector base. Made it feel like they were actually doing something meaningful rather than just sitting on the Normandy eating popcorn while you and two others carried the whole mission.

ME2 was easily the best ending as far as i'm concerned. ME1's was pretty solid. MEA's was ok
ME3's was a horrendous trainwreck.

ME2 MEA ME1 ME3
I think ME2 has the best ending sequence purely for the ability to make decisions based on character skills. It makes you think about who they are, what the advantage to one over the other is, etc. And there is a right and a wrong choice, but it also allows you to kill off characters you don't like. "Get in the tube, Miranda!" I was actually hoping for a ME2-like ending for MEA, but MEA has fewer companions so it probably wouldn't have worked as well.
MEA's ending was the best part of the game, for me. I very much enjoyed the game, but the ending sealed the deal for me. It was (almost) everything I was looking for in the ending. It was challenging, had humor, was dark when it required it, and showed what certain decisions changed for the final battle. It was fantastic.
ME1 You get the option to talk Saren down, allowing himself a slice of redemption. I really liked that. Also the different parts of the ending were just so good. Ilos with Vigil and the race to the Conduit, battling on the empty and sideways Citadel, the final confrontation with Saren, and the space-battle with Sovereign were just incredible.
ME3 I actually didn't have a problem with the ending like a lot of people. I played it after the EC had already come out, however. It was a fine ending. It was fitting and felt like the story was finished. For me it was just not my favorite ending in the series. In all the other games when I get close to the ending I play more often and longer sessions to get there. In ME3, when I get to about the assault on the Cerberus base, I just...kinda forget about it and don't realize I haven't finished my playthrough until a while later. It has great music, great feels, it's a very good ending. It's just not as good as some of the others, in my opinion.

MEA was done amazingly well. It's something they got 100% right in the game and probably the best done of all games. Suicide run was also amazingly well done. I would say close to a tie for MEA/ME2 with ME1 right behind it. The one caveat for MEA would be that it was essentially a far more lackluster Architect. I think it the made the space more massive internally and made you fight multiple architects it would have been more interesting. Just don't have them fly off between but maybe regenerate. And give them something to make them different from the architects we had fought already. Essentially the final battle was not even the architect but rather killing remnants on an egg timer. That part was as unoriginal and lackluster as it gets because we already did a far more interesting version of that battle four times on four different planets.

1. MEA 1. ME2 2. ME1 3. ME3 - too dark and tragic
ME2 was hard, epic, emotional, but not so fun (for me), MEA was not so epic maybe, but very emotional, hard and very-very fun!

Yup. Na Night, darling. Hope your dreams are filled with conformity. In a time of Trump and Brexit, it's the result of this vote that's upsetting me the most. Psst... You have two votes. So the people voting for Andromeda probably also picked one from the trilogy. You may return to mild tea sipping irony at your leisure.

lets see i would rank them
ME:1 ME:A ME:2 ME:3
Mass Effect 1 and Andromeda both had good ending sequences for me game play wise. the Race and fight across Meridian to stop the Archon was well done and fun. However nothing beats Climbing up the Citadel tower fighting off everything Sarin throws at you to slow you down. It was my defining and favorite moment of Mass Effect 1.
The Suicide Mission was fun i enjoyed it but i felt the whole making choices really detracted from the game play aspects and seemed kinda pointless concidering it didnt really matter unless you were stupid about who did what or didnt do loyalty missions.
ME:3 was a shame i expected so much more than what we got. That final trench run could have been epic. Instead were stuck with a cut-scene and a lame ass run followed by a hobble and Marauder shields, followed by more hobbling then a conversation, followed by star kid and a red, green, blue choice.

-ME2: great pacing, epic music, choices (teams, specialists) and consequences (deaths). -ME1: the Ilos race was ok but nothing special imo. What i really liked was the fight through the citadel to reach Saren, as well as the boss fight, probably the best in the trilogy. -MEA: It was a bit cliche, with every ally coming to help you - a mix of ME1-ME3. Otherwise i think the nomad section had great views (the kett ship for instance), but as we got inside the structure it became more generic and ended up in a mediocre boss fight. Also with too many "fun quips", was hard to take it seriously. -ME3: the only good thing about this game was Javik, the final mission was terrible.

ME2 was awesome. ME1-3 tied for second. MEA was last. Getting to the vault was fun, inside didnt feel like anything special, and you never actually fight the Archon.

ME1 ending comes next. I barely remember what happened in MEA at the end and there are only 2 weeks since I've finished this game. As in: didn't impress me.

Of course suicide mission is top. Andromeda's ending, for all the faults of the rest of the game, is really well executed and comes a close second. ME1 ending, while it had some good moments, is let down by that games poor(er) combat and bouncy Saren is just annoying.

ME 2 -
ME:A
ME 3
ME 1
On an impactful scale, ME3 is easily at the top. The emotions going through the last portion of not only the game but the entire Trilogy are immense and daunting.

It's ME2 and ME3 for me. ME1 ending comes next. I barely remember what happened in MEA at the end and there are only 2 weeks since I've finished this game. As in: didn't impress me. I voted ME2 and ME3. The Suicide Mission is awesome, as recognized by many other posters. The ending of ME3 gets a lot of criticism and some of it is well deserved, but I still remember my 1st PT of ME3 and the feeling I had going through Priority Earth, the final beam run, conversation with TIM, his death and the final conversation with Anderson. It was amazing!
Then came Star Child and I remember being totally confused. Still, my Shepherd heroically sacrificed himself for the good of the many. And then I was confused about what happened to my crew.
But in the end, the last few minutes didn't ruin the overall impact for me.
ME1 was also very good, only slightly behind ME2/ME3.
MEA was decent, but there was just something missing - I just wasn't as emotionally invested in MEA's ending as MET. The entire setup for the final sequence seemed very forced to me. How did Archon and the Kett steal the Hyperion with all of the crew still on-board? How did all of my allies from the entire Heleus cluster get to the Meridian at the same time? Why did Primus help me on the verge of Archon's victory? Why did Archon need to drag my sister to the Meridian? How does SAM's connection to me/my sister help Archon gain control of Meridian? So many questions and so confused.

From best to worst:
-ME2: The Suicide Mission is the best level in the entire franchise, period, the way all the team is used and how your choices have consequences is fantastic. Points off for the final boss though.
-MEA: A close second. All the build up until the landing on Meridian is awesome, and seeing all the allies we gained helping us out felt incredibly satisfying, the final boss fight was also the best in the franchise, although that speaks worse of the others than better of this one. Some more choice/consequence SM style (even without deaths) could have moved it to #1, but as is it gets second.
-ME1: It has the best moments (Vigil, the arrival of the Alliance Navy, Shepard walking out of the rubble), but it also includes pretty much all of the few issues I have with the writing in ME1, and that shitty RoboSaren fight.
-ME3: Underwhelming, and that's being kind and not considering anything that happens after the beam run.
