When exactly does Peebee's final romance scene trigger?

So ive done some reading and it seems her final scene triggers after Journey to Meridian, but unless im misremembering doesnt the attack on the Hyperion happen straight away? Or do you trigger that mission yourself?

I just want to make sure Ive not messed something up, ive done her loyalty, got the kiss in the meeting room but I havent had the email sending me to my quarters...do i need to go to the Remnant station first?
