Very true that many things are broken or really op on gold. I'm at the point where gold is where I dick around at, have fun, etc. I'm at about a 50/50 split between gold and plat now, but even then you can still cheese plat. I try to avoid pugging plat though due to many missile glitchers.

Yes. Instead they are not gibbing only mooks, they are nuking entire Platinum spawns. Like a fcking Rocket launcher. And they replenish. Like, this was a good idea. Stickies could absolutely act as booby traps. Simply buff 100% the radius evolution and the timer to about a minute (not 15 lolseconds) on 6B. And we already had it.

Anyway, this is a good thread and we should not waste it trying to find a "role" for every crap Biovar has stuffed in this game. If we're arguing about how useful the Reegar, Acolyte and Cain Mines are after witnessing ourselves how they altered this game's character, I don't know what else to say.

What? Adas has good synergy on both glorious quarian engineers (fills an anti shield capability the QFE powerset lacks, and enables many cryo splosions on QME for tech triad Master Race status), and is amusing on the quarksman due to the sound and the lulzy amount of stagger.

Also, I don't care about your pathetic eardrums. Evolve to Master Race status, wear a helmet 24/7, and tune the filters to block it out if it concerns you so. Personally, I think it sounds angellic (albiet like the plumbing when an angelic being takes a dump, but still).

Cryo Reegar makes an amusing freeze ray for melee builds, and is actually pretty fun every once and awhile if you play something squishy that can't cloak or charge its way past the range disadvantage. That it can generate salt when Krogan/Suxbot pugs outscore BSN plebs with it is even moar amusing.

I actually don't get why it is so hated, except for my minor peeve that it's not very Kal'Reegar-esque (Weapon named for him should blow shit up or something, not melt it). Even if you're an antiquarian racist (you are) there's at least one other quarian weapon that's way more broken on 90% of the kits in the game. I would know, I invented and abuse it almost as bad as I do my geth servants (not that there's anything wrong with that, as they're both equally soulless tools).

Everything that's not Rare or Ultra Rare. Come on... which Common or Uncommon weapon is worth anything?

As for the real weapons, I've never liked the Venom. I know... I am truly a heathen. I never figured out how to use nor do I care to and the viewshake is pretty annoying. If you want a shotgun that kills shit quickly you have the Claymore, the Wraith, the Raider, and the Crusader. I've never understood why the Venom is so beloved.

Oh, and hail Dark Lord Reegar. The Reegar/Flamer days are long gone, but the Reegar will never die.
