Weapons that shouldn't exist

The reegar was placed in this game to test the souls of men. Truly the faithful and righteous would recognize the corruption and reject it. Only the wicked would embrace such a malignant tool and become servants of it's unholy power.

There is a prophecy that one day the chosen one will wield a purified reegar, cleansed of it's piercing mods and vile incendiary ammo. This messiah will put the weapon to noble purpose and shield-stripping grace. It will be liberated from score-whoring wretchedness forever.

Asari ladies in tight combat leather suits. It's simply too hot for that atm.

I want to add the Claymore to the list, along side Batarians, Frogmen, Volus, vorcha...

Harrier is an interesting one because it's a bugged weapon. The weapon's "in cover" and "out of cover" recoil values are reversed so it's essentially the only gun in the game that is more accurate when shooting outside of cover. If the bug was ever fixed, at the risk of speaking heresy, the Harrier would have needed a buff imo. No damage or anything, something like +50 more reserve ammunition. A high recoil Harrier may have actually made things like stabilizers see play.

In it's current state it is pretty bonkers though.

Reegar is just bad design. It's the "equalizer" weapon. This game's version of the noobtube or one-shot-kill shotgun- a gun anyone can pick up and be amazing with right away. Do I like it? Nope. Does it have a place in the game? Ehhhh it's complicated.. Not in its current state of course because right now the gun's way out of line in terms of damage, but if the damage was reined in a bit... still no. Fuck the Reegar.
