The two resolutions for this quest puzzle me. The Pathfinder can either take the resource from its owner by force or just let it be and get something useless in return. No middle ground, no way to make the Initiative a preferred client and let Annea to keep her business.
Also, it seemed like she used a biotic attack at the beginning of battle, while there are no angaran biotics.

This and the drill for water or gas choice are two minor decisions that could have been much more interesting if they had been written better and if there had been some meaningful difference in outcome for each choice.

A.) Angarans have a natural bioelectricity that they can release and channel. We see the Moshae do it at the end of the mission where you rescue her.
B.) Annra didn't seem to be in much of a mood to make such a deal.
