Am I the only one here that actually enjoys this game?

I enjoy elements of it, but then other elements of the game bleed out enjoyment.

With friends it's still enjoyable, but that's true with any game.
My circle has been playing DOOM Snapmap which is also fun 4-player co-op; or Earth Defence Force 4.1; or Star Trek Bridge Crew; or... the point being MEAMP is a bit lacking when PUGing, and very not fun soloing.
Compare that to ME3MP where I could just try a Gold/Plat solo until friends came on, or PUG some, and it was great doing both.

I just think the devs have missed the mark during the design phase, and I see no hope for MEA to really recapture the pure fun ME3MP had.
So while I dabble in and out (not played in 2 weeks), often when the evening rolls around, and I decide how to spend a couple of precious hours of gaming, I do not choose MEA. Because a game does not live in isolation, and needs to fight for my time against other games.

Sure I hope to be proven wrong, but we will see I guess. I'll bump this thread when about the equivalent time of Reckoning's release...

I like the combat very much, which was a huge relief. DAI combat made me very literally fall asleep.

I still really prefer ME3's treatment of classes, and I miss Reave, but streamlining has it's perks. I love being able to get into cover easily.

Maybe you can spent less times with things that make you angry. I heard that make people less salty.

I enjoy the game. 480 hours in, maxed manifest, and I still want more.

I also would say that for me this game is at its core more enjoyable than ME3MP ever was, yet behind DAIMP.
Others might see it differently for their own reasons/preferences, yet letting one's unfounded bias towards ME3MP get in the way of investing time in MEAMP is just silly, especially when one already owns the game anyway.


Now despite the fact that I enjoy the game, I do have my reservations regarding Bioware's commitment (or lack thereof) when it comes to new content.

It's fun, I wish character progression would be quicker, it sucks leveling up one kit for days.
