Cloak/Singularity/Charge
Throw a singularity out. Cloak. Hover and blast away with your fast firing big clip AZZault rifle. Mow down foos lifted in the air by Singularity.
Maybe Charge to recover from the damage taken while exposed to fire in the air.
Cloak can be subbed for Invasion.

really not my playstyle. does it goes well with the Soldier bonus ? since you don't use any combat powers...

Build is fun as hell. Feel like superman. Just tested
Singularity > Cloak > Hover > Aim for the head and fire away > Charge on the way down if you're quick enough

really not my playstyle. does it goes well with the Soldier bonus ? since you don't use any combat powers... I tested it under Vanguard profile. Singularity's slow azz cooldown is the bottleneck. The more you can use it, the better. Vanguard gives us a shield boost and biotic recharge increase. A buff shield is great since hovering exposes us to enemy fire. Soldier would work great due to the weapon damage bonus, damage resistance, and bigger clip. |

FYI
I screwed up.
After some testing Aerial Lubricant is better for this build if you're using a rapid firing AR with a big clip.
Save the APO for a shotgun.
