I'm in the post-game, and I can never get the trigger to see the end of Drack's quest where we meet the clutch of krogan babies. I've completed Drack's loyalty mission, gave the flower to Kesh, and spoke with both Vorn and Kesh until they have no dialogue.
Did I miss something? I jailed Spender and saved Raeka. Does that stop me from preventing
