What is with people doing this? "I don't like what someone said." *le block*It's kinda pedantic and a child's way out. There is no block button irl, dude. If that person is annoying then you have the option to block them. To block someone because of a minor annoyance? Thin skin comes free here, does it?

Just put him on ignore like I did What is with people doing this? "I don't like what someone said." *le block*It's kinda pedantic and a child's way out. There is no block button irl, dude. I actually only have two or three people blocked. It takes a lot to get me to take that step. I'd rather argue. But some people just aren't worth the brain cells or blood pressure.

On a more on-topic note. I figure if there's no announcement within teh next two weeks, then saying "MEA is doomed" might actually have some plausibility.
But it would surprise me if it didn't get at least two SP DLCs. Even DA2 got that much.

I find it near impossible to believe that a ME game won't get SP DLC.

Actually, giving it until early Sept. would make more sense since that'll be the 5 month and change point since release. Given their past record of waiting until the 5 or 6 month mark before the first DLC that's my expectation. Also, BioWare doesn't generally announce weeks in advance. I can't think of any DLC in recent memory where they announced DLC like that. I'd be fucking flabbergasted if they announced DLC weeks in advance. Ecstatic, sure, but mostly flabbergasted.

I find it near impossible to believe that a ME game won't get SP DLC. I actually went back and checked the last couple of games' track record for DLC announcements For DAI: Initial release, November 18, 2014) Jaws of Hakkon announced March 23, 2015 and released on XBox One & PC March 24, 2015, all other platforms May 26, 2015 Descent Announced August 5, 2015, released August 11, 2015 Trespasser Announced August 29, 1015, released September 8, 2015 Mass Effect 3 (initial release, March 6, 2012, EC June 26, 2012) Leviathan Announced August 2, 2012, released August 28, 2012 Omega Announced August 12, 2012 released August 27, 2012 Citadel Announced February 21, 2013, released March 5, 2013 It seems that with the exception of Jaws of Hakkon (which the XBone and PC has a one month timed exclusive over the others) there is almost a full week advance notice, and sometimes as much as a month between initial announcement and release. Edited to put in initial release dates of the game, as well as the release of EC. Jaws of Hakkon was released about four months after DAI was released, and Leviathan was announced five months after ME3 was released, and slightly over a month after EC.

Yeah, but even if we allow for making Jaal bangable by Scott Ryder as MEA's "Extended Cut" we are coming up on the point where Leviathan would have been announced if we follow ME3's pattern. And we've already passed the point where DAI announced Jaws of Hakkon. Just pointing out the pattern here

That could potentially be the reason for the extended delay.

As someone who played DAI day one, sure it had a lot of bugs just like every rpg, but it did not have to redo facial animation (which takes both times and ressources) neither to call back voice actors and to do a lot of gameplay changes (like a skip button for space exploration, less expansive keys to bypass sudoku (and make them more available), bigger inventory, etc.). MEA definetely had way more work to do on the patching, which mean it could have delaid any future projects they could have before relase like dlc.

I think Andromeda has more bugs, but I do think inquisition had the two most annoying bugs. 1.banter bug was an issue for 6 months? Andromeda got it fixed first or second patch. 2.conversations with npcs would freeze where you had to restart a save to get past the conversation. Was very common in the warden quest line specifically for me, was almost always a guarantee in the desert when finding out about the demon army in the making. safe to say Andromedas bugs didn't tick me off as much but they seemed more numerous.
