I noticed all the presets look a little bit different. Although, I do think it's weird that they tied the eyebrow shape to skin complexion...

I love the freckles.

Got a look at it in game. The new skin texture for preset 10 really highlights how yellowed out the other skin textures are. They all make the character look like they have jaundice or something. If we could use that new texture without the freckles it would have been perfect. I think there were a couple new sliders but nothing really important. Only the one new skin tone.   Aside from the new preset the CC changes didn't add anything mod'ers haven't already which is disappointing.

Better than it was at launch but still a well below average CC for 2017.

Scar textures and selection (ha!) still look like shit. I'm surprised they didnt do something about that.
Tattoo selection is still the same. There for horrible.

Still no control over mouth, eye and nose shape or size.

which part? I get some control over the mouth nose and eyes. but not really? Not to the extent I had in DAI, or basically any modern rpg in the last five years

Skyrim's CC gave me better control. 

Also, you'd think they'd have also done something about the beard selection oO

TES III, IV, V. ME1-3, DAO DAOA DA2, DAI, KOTOR1-2, Jade Empire, FO 3-4, Dragons Dogma Dark Arisen, a handful of Indi Survival games on steam that have a CC. Just off the top of my head are all rpgs I've played  

A slightly customizable Preset Selector. With some fugly options. (Scars, Tattoos, Beards... some of the longer hairstyles.... the guy's eyebrows)

Yep.  The new preset head shape I do like though, its good enough.  If the freckles were a slider option instead of baked into the skin texture it would be a whole lot better.  Kinda disappointing the finally give us a Caucasian skin but its only option is "ginger". 

Yeah it's better than nothing at least and we can change skin complexions now too.
