Is Mass Effect Andromeda Dragon Age in Space?

Based solely on speculation...

I think it could be a good thing if done well. Dragon Age as a series has always been stronger with different characters in charge. I feel like that trend can work in Andromeda, provided its done in a way that gives multiple protagonists a time to shine.

That said, the strength of Mass Effect so far has been a singular character, and the marketing seems to imply were in the long haul for our chosen protagonist, whichever Ryder it is. So I don't think they will do it.

If they do, perhaps it will be a select number of missions or times in-game where we get a switch off, like in Witcher 3.
