I don't believe Bioware will make Bro/Sis Ryder a N7. There is already the father for that and there is also the reason brunobyof stated above. Yeah Miranda was created from the Y chromosome of her father and a modified duplicate of the same chromosome. She is even infertile as consequence. Sometimes i wonder if that would make her a transsexual. She isn't. She was born a biological female and identifies as a woman, so her sex and gender match thus not transsexual. Besides, we all know that if she was Bioware's progressive PR team would be all over that. I wouldn't be so sure. It's true she identifies herself as a woman however her genome come only from her father just with some alterations. Anyway, not going to derail this thread more.

Besides, we all know that if she was Bioware's progressive PR team would be all over that. given that you can create a female by from a male through genetic manipulation in the cloning process, instead of just producing the standard 22 pairs you can actually add in extra ones.... and men are made of xy but wimin are xx she wouldn't be produced from a single y chormasome ... one thing I've never quire understood is if you have genetic base material (stem cells) why cant you hook create a genetic printer and just print a body to the genome you want and upload a consciousness to it ? combat fabricators are basically more advanced 3d printers, so it only follows that if you have that you should also have the requisite ability to print genetic parts or indeed entire human constructs, no need for tank growing to take years just fire up the printer and boom done in 30 minutes ....

...and protagonist Ryder has G2 on the back of the armour. I think G2 is probably the jetpack's model, it's on the jetpack not on the armour.

She isn't. She was born a biological female and identifies as a woman, so her sex and gender match thus not transsexual. Yeah, even if Henry Lawson used his own DNA as a template for Miranda, she states that it was heavily modified to give her the desired physical attributes, traits and characteristics he wished her to have, including giving her access to biotic abilities (which he does not have). Presumably, many of the traits that Miranda has were sourced from the DNA profiles of athletes, scientists and other exceptional individuals, because as narcissistic as Henry Lawson is, he's clearly aware he's not the perfect human specimen if he has to use extensive genetic tampering to ensure those various qualities manifest in his offspring. Nor would he be able to guarantee any of those qualities would be present in her if she was just a clone, regardless of how he much he tampered with his own DNA, because he cannot give her qualities or attributes that he himself does not carry the necessary genes for. So I doubt that means Miranda is solely based on her father's DNA, it was just the blueprint he used. As for Miranda being trans... she's clearly not. Despite being an opposite sex clone, she was born female and she's biologically female according to her genetic makeup.
