So. the title is almost asking my question itself. Will there be or is there already(didnt find any mods myself) an option to carry multiple melee weapons on missions? Since we dont have short melee animation for every weapon( yea-yea. this is the point, they are all different, i have to choose, it diversifies my gameplay, but still...) i think, it can greatly improve melee build's game experience.

I cannot say for sure, but going by what people were able to do with modding with Dragon Age: Inquisition I doubt it since the majority of mods in Inquisition would change variables, but very little else. The reason why I think it might not be possible with Andromeda to have a mod to equip multiple melee weapons is that the game treats melee weapons differently then ranged weapons when crafting for it adds modifiers as if they were a piece of armor and not a weapon.

It might be worth mentioning but if you're going to add multiple melee weapons, then some kind of intra-melee class balance needs to be sorted out. Currently it boils down to take the Asari Sword if you wanna kill things, and take the Remnant Cryo Gauntlet if you want cryo combos. There's a minor argument for using the Amplifier if you fancy punching things but since anyone can use Throw, it loses a lot of it's potential.

I just wish the amp was as strong as the asari sword, I prefer the energy punch for my melee vanguard as it animates really well with nova, but its so weak... Why use an amp when the asari sword can just 1 shot enemies and has a mini teleport included?
