I picked the damage one but on the last part I picked the shield boost so I kinda get the best of both I think... if im a soldier and im running out of shields ill just have a quick boost and it helps me survive  |

I always go damage. I take a claymore so that 20% boost is nice and something that's dead can't shoot me. Although hardening may be better for soloing or for things like DOT.

I usually go hardening because I find I go a little Rambo when I would kick in the damage bonus.

On topic: Damage on the male, no AR at all on the female. If I wanted to be tanky I'd play a turian, krogan or batarian. They can keep their DR up 24/7, HSol can't. Nothing worse than needing hardening but not being able to get it up, or so I'm told. |
