I play renegade for first time and i tell Conrad to leave bar on Ilium now he is dead its any chance to bring him to life through ME2 or ME3 save editor ? there is no flags for that but maybe someone know bool variables to bring him to life and change it to renegade quest complete talk with asari with renegade dialogue and then tell him that he done good job any chance for that ?

If you killed him in ME1 or ME2, import your ME2 save as normal into ME3.
In gibbed you have to change ME1 plot table to "met him" and choose charmed or intimidate him.
Then in ME2 plot table choose "shot him in the foot".
There, Conrad Verner should appear in ME3 as normal.
