Holy crap! Is that the Illusive Man who is narrating this documentary? How many actors would sell out their believes for cash? Also isn't the rank of Commander the Navy's equivalent of a Lt Col?
Also I heard that Dave Grossman loves military sci fi books. I am sure he would love Mass Effect, if it was a book!

do you realize that it was another job for Martin Sheen to voice T.I.M.....so he can do that and be a narrator for that as well
