Last time I tried was the day 1.08 was released and it was still destroy only and not taking advantage of the perk for more modifiers.

It also has too few augmentation slots for its rating. It needs an additional slot. Alternatively, its Research costs should be eliminated. The latter sort of makes sense for a gun that was supposed to become the Ai standard. The former would appeal more to my love for optimization.
