Hi all, this one has me confused and not sure what's up. I actually have 3 quests and none of them can be done. I will try to explain below: 1. AVP Cryo Deployment Perks. This one started by talking to Addison's assistant. He asked me to go and use the AVP on the NEXUS right next to him. No matter what i do when i open up the AVP console it does nothing to further the quest. This is my 2nd walkthrough and i had points spent already prior to talking to him. When i try to talk again with the assistant, all he ever says is We are waiting on you to open the AVP interface. STUCK HERE.
2. This goes along with the above quest I think: Task: Waking up the Future. It says to talk to Addison's Assistant.. Same guy above.. However, he will not speak to me unless that quest (1) above I guess is completed. No dialog options from him at all.
3. Something Personal: This says to speak to Addison and Assistant to Redeploy Lito. However, not only does the assistant have no dialog options for me, NEITHER does Addison. I cannot get any dialog to open with her.. It does say in the quest summary once i have deployed an outpost, perhaps they will do something.. I have done this already.
So, I am hopelessly stuck on all 3 of these quests above. Anyone have any ideas? I cannot go back and load a save game.. It would take me way, way, way too far back in all the progress i made on EOS and Havral etc... Thanks in advance!

Wait I'm confused... how did you get to Havarl if you can't complete the AVP quest, which starts the Aya one, which then unlocks Havarl after you recruit Jaal?

Try the AVP console in the Tempest and see if that works? And make sure that you're connected to the EA servers. I think AVP requires network connectivity.

I haven't had these problems and its been awhile since I was at that point in the game, but try talking to Addison first and go through all dialogue options to see if there is a trigger hidden in that dialogue. The second idea would be to try the AVP terminal on the Tempest. Finally try a repair on the game there might be a corrupt file on your computer. Otherwise I can't think of anything.
Edit:
Going back and reading your question. You said that you have spent AVP already in your playthrough, do you have any unspent points for you might need at least one free point to complete the quest.

ok, so i have tried the tempest. didnt work. Ok, yes i have unpsent points.. No it didnt work when i speent one more point. sorry it was Voeld, not havarl. not sure that matters tho. lastly, there is NO dialog options at all for either Addisson or the assist. Two on addisson which are greyed out, but each time i click on them its the same thing, it comes back to the beginning. I cannot advance any of this. Hope i answered the above questions.. any more dieas.
oh yea, i did run repair 3 times now. nothing.

Yeah both Voeld and Havarl are locked until you meet Jaal, which is after you first unlock the AVP, so I was confused if this was your first visit or not. At least in my game that's how it went. I was having issues myself with the journal lol
Edit: I looked it up and can't find anyone with this issue like your blackout on Eos thing.

yea i have tried to talk to each of these people and also use the AVP console.. I am always connected.. But it takes time to get a new cryo point to spend.. I am at like 16/19. I got Eos to 90% and it opened up a new one.. I spent the point and nothing.

Trying to manage strike teams, it definitely tells you that you need to be connected if you're not. That might be one way to tell.

I always am able to send them out on missions and decide which of my 3 players I want to go on which mission.. Is that what you mean or is there something else?

I just mean accessing Strike Teams via the Console. If you're not connected the game tells you explicily that you need to be connected.
