New Aqua Gold Mission is Up

Soloed up to wave 9. If my mouse hadn't spazzed out on 6 and cost me 2 revives and medpack I'd have been in much better shape. Disappointing, but not enough motivation to finish the solo. Easy enough to kite around the map, but when you slip up and back into an Anointed you're toast.

I normally like the weather variations but I hate this one. The nighttime lighting makes the map look ugly as shit, IMO.

Welp, played for my hour, guess I'll be back next week for more pointless shit. Or not.

I'm legit save 3 mill.

The framrate drops on this mission is real.

Play with near-perfect performance on ultra around release.

Now frames are tanking when enemies show up, especially kett on low settings.

I'm not the only one suddenly having worsening performance am I?

Enjoyed it with PUGs. Had no idea what was going on! Can't believe we extracted successfully!

18:39 solo??!? Wtf....

There is absolutely no way I am playing 11 waves of kett with the sync-kill issues AND go for the eyes. Bioware is completely out of touch with its game. How could you possibly make this mission while being cognizant of two of the largest issues in MP? And here I was looking forward to this weekend.

The host was a good player but super-duper laggy for me despite being able to extract somehow on the first try. No way I'm playing this again with invisible kett which you cannot even see in the dark on such a small map. Everyone was dying a lot and I think every player got a revive medal. It is not difficult on its own, just annoying, there is nothing new here, simple spike in difficulty mostly due to map and wave 6 targets. Reminds me of playing collectors on glacier, however, I think, glacier is slightly bigger and better designed. The aqua map is beautiful although not enjoyable and barely playable due to mutiple dead end traps as it cannot be circled normally. Enemies in the central part will always have some los on the players.

Why then so many are begging for platinum?
I can't believe a platinum level would be easier, at least par if not even harder hence an even lower chance of full extraction.

I for my part enjoyed this mission as it's a welcome variety to the usual zero camping.
It's much more on the edge and delivering on no risk no fun.

Technical issues as mentioned by others are of course utmost annoying but without the mission is an awesome killing journey.

Maybe some host migrations occurred.

I agree with regards to the credits.

But then it comes down to the question whether you enjoy the game (this or any other) for itself (challenge, suspense, risk/chance etc) or due to some virtual benefits.
