It's gotta be at least 12 credits.

ME3MP had 7 UR weapons added post-launch: Harrier, Typhoon, Collector SMG, Venom, Lancer, Spitfire, BP Punisher. The Base game UR weapon pool is 14. So we see a +50% extra UR content added to the base game UR pool (not counting 3 UR characters which were also added, but these were reported to be unlockable as Rare content, they just had an UR-like card look).

MEAMP base game has an UR pool of 4 characters and 13 weapons, 17 in total. If we take ME3MP as our model, we should be looking at 7-8 extra UR, of which 3 have already been added (Gladiator, Inferno, Exemplar). So we would have 4-5 UR to go, and at each one costing about 4.5 million to get to X, something like 19-24 million credits should do.

Still, I think MEAMP has a lot more potential for extra content than ME3MP, considering the eventual arrival of other Milky Way species as well as their rarity lore-wise.
