A little hint at that Quarian Ark was in one of the Apex Mission briefings arround end of May. www.masseffect.com/apex-missions/apex-mission-brief-08?setLocale=en-us

If the Quarian Ark is really the DLC they planned (which is high probobility) then they were still working on it at least a month ago

Could easily refer to the "strange" events that occurred aboard the Nexus while in transit to Andromeda and how the "mysterious benefactor" plays into that. A pity if that turns out to be the case as I wanted to play some CSI: Andromeda myself in a DLC.

I think it's worth a shot. I feel like they didn't fully embrace the possibilities of the game's version of "detective vision."

Well I think we'll at least get 2 DLC's that will cover the gaps such as what's happened to the quarians in one and perhaps the Benefactor and Ryders mum in another DLC. Those things do need tying up. They couild leave the Primus out if they want to but it depends I guess on whether the Kett are responsibl for what's happened to the quarians like they were responsible for the other Arks when we found them. But I get the feeling we need at least 2 to tie up the loose ends. They'd only likely give us a 3rd Trespasser type one if they plan on continue the series I think which atm I'd say is still in doubt but if they at least tie up the threads I mentioned which I think will take 2 DLC's I think the game can be left alone after but it needs covering in the game.

I've already had my speculations that Observers were made in order to also be Hanar.

Similar for other units with Elcor (Destroyer?), Volus.

Drell is whatever.

Though I'm just as expecting a DLC with only Quarians, maybe Geth, but rest in 'sleep'.

Well yeah its not hard to imagine a setup like:

1)Further adventure (Ark)

2)Filler (like Omega/Descent kinda are) or Secrets (Benefactor etc hints)

3)Bridging (ever since ME2; even ME3 had its minor hints) 'cap off' to the experience (not really so derived by more direct hints, but a 'hope we can do this' DLC by Bioware; maybe Ryder focus?)

Another hope can be a DLC enemy faction, repeatable combat setting/grind, challenge modes of some sort.

I see it as a developmental travesty if only one DLC happens, but I'll... take it and sigh and move on with two DLCs, but I think the setup should be friendly for three despite what we experienced with DA2. In fact, even if an 'on ice' (aka to be broken out 'of ice' as Anthem and DA4 happen) situation is true (I'm not so sure about that), it'd make sense to get that DLC happening because DA2's situation was more "Okay DA2 is more of a wash BUT we can start production on DA3/I ASAP anyway!", with Cory still fresh, etc.
