The ME:A 'Story DLC Cancelled' Sinclair Networks Facebook hoax

A perfect example of "unclear lying".

Yeah I've heard of them but I agree it sounds like someones gone on to a bit of a rant so I'm not entirely convinced. Hopefully Bioware clears this up soon because the longer this goes on the more bashing they'll end up taking and it'll only hurt any future projects they want to make.

They did work on ME:A, and they work with other major gaming developers, how can he not know who they are?

If there is one thing that damage the personal image of people or institutions is uncertainty. People will simply go mad without answers and invent all the theories of this world. BW better provide some answers because leaving people without them will hurt their games more than any admission on changed DLC plan. Being straightforward helps a long way in creating trust between people.

I'm in the group of guys that despite everything enjoyed ME:A and I'm all for more SP content being released though I want to know if they plan to do so. I think that regardless of their intention to realese DLCs or not, it's only fair to their fans to let them know if they should expect more SP content or not. Avoiding the question is not going to help but will further worsen the situation potentially damaging the image of their other games. If they have bad news for their fans, it's better they release them asap before the tension (and hate) will grow out of proportion.

All in all must admit that BW PR department sucks.

What's depressing to me is how happy certain people are about there potentially being no more SP content for ME:A.

What a bizarre thing to rejoice about, especially if you hate ME:A so much that you spend all your time on here telling people how you hate it, change you avatar to demonstrate it, and yet would have no intention of buying the DLC anyway.

Tbh, there's enough about this that has me raising an eyebrow - the company clearly exists but this doesn;t sound like a corporate message and more like a guy undergoing a ragequit. It may be correct (much as Jason's article may be) but I wouldn't expect to hear news like this from a random facebook page of a developer who isn't even responsible for said DLC. It's a bit like hearing Digital Homicide report that the Unreal Engine 4 is being discontinued.

Regardless, some people's reactions have been a bit weird. I guess BotW isn't fun enough to hold attention away from shitposting, after all.
