They'll be having a Comic-Con now granted it's not with their typical crew when they discuss upcoming content, it sounds more like, "This is how we made the game and the trials we went through" as opposed to "OH MY GOD, GUYS TAKE A LOOK AT OUR QUARIANS!" There's also the twitch stream, this patch sounds more like a heavy focus on mp, where the previous one was on sp. But the question on whether they'll be dlc will be asked in the Twitch stream and or at Comic Con. There's to much uncertainty amongst the fans that they'll just ask anyway, regardless of what the initial point of the stream or con was for. If there still cryptic then there's still a chance, but they can't keep us running on a leash forever, with this question.
Disclaimer: For the record, it's 7/6/17 so if by some chance your from the future-disregard this and hey enjoy that Quarian dlc, maybe?! But hey I can't predict the future so, who knows.

I doubt it, they have never made a big deal out of DLC in the past so I can't see them "waiting for a comicon" to make the announcement, they will make it when they make it if they are going to make it. Its like trying to get Blizzard besides saying something besides Soon(tm). |
