Weird & I mean really weird bug that I have encountered:
I logged on earlier & when I went into SP I accessed my strike teams, no problem there, I was able to collect the rewards, all fine & I started to send out the teams again, but as soon as I was left with two teams to send out, that's when the weirdness started to happen. Every single time that I selected one of the two remaining teams, didn't matter which one, the game would freeze for a couple of seconds & I'd be greeted with the message that I had lost connection to the ME servers, as soon as this happened I went back into the strike teams menu & tried again, several times, all the same thing.
So I thought that maybe my connection was being a bugger & I came up with the idea of logging into MP to try & to my surprise, I could log into MP, I could spec my character & spend my creds easily, buy once again, when I went into the strike teams menu & went to send one of the two remaining teams, well the same thing happened.
To completely check my internet connection, I reset my router & used the browser on my PS4 briefly, no problems & for a final time I tried to log back in to ME:A & send a strike team just for peace of mind. Same. Bloody. Thing.
So I ask, is anyone else having this problem? Has anyone else had this & if so, what did you do about it?

I've noticed this can happen if you're already finished that mission but it somehow anyway show up in that list. Just ignore it until the timer on it runs out, until they fix it.

I've noticed this can happen if you're already finished that mission but it somehow anyway show up in that list. Just ignore it until the timer on it runs out, until they fix it. This. Also, coldsteelblue have you tried using the strike teams in the app instead? I've had a situation before where the game crashed on me when I was trying to send a strike team out on a particular mission, and every time I tried to redo that mission in the app it would give me an error message. I just had to let that mission expire. |

I had this problem back when you could get the an item box during E3. As others have said its not properly clearing the game out of your list and you have already completed it. Eventually that one mission cleared out of the list and haven't had that problem since.
Edit:
If you find it really annoying you might find a solution of clearing out your cache (not deleting the game).

Both, started an NG+ PT the day before patch 1.09 released, still can currently only access the teams on SP a the Nexus.
