1) Sometimes Female Human infiltrator will go into a T-stance if hit through cover by a Nullifier.
2) Enemies do not aggro correctly (they won't chase you if you shoot them during Hack/Upload objectives) they just stand there like fucktards in the center of the Hack circle while you're shooting them from 50 metres away.
3) Enemies will literally (it happened to me today) respawn on top of your head after you kill one. Or directly under your feet. They should spawn in at least 20 metres away from each player.
4) Cobra Missiles do literally nothing in the damage department.
5) Observers have no collision with solid buildings - they pass directly through them (especially on Firebase Sandstorm and Firebase Icebreaker).
6) Player cards drop far too often in Arsenal Packs.
7) Not enough Special Ammo is dropping from packs in general . 8) Random Weapon Mod (Uncommon) option is now missing from the Item Store.
9) Sound randomly disappears sometimes and won't come back until you restart the game.
10) Disruptor ammo deals very little damage to boss shields.
11) Hitboxes are garbage on Observers and generally, anything with a head (i stand there sniping faces and the hits only count as body shots).

I took the asari adept out for a spin today and it looks like annihilation field vortex works sporadically. Sometimes red bars float, sometimes they don't seem to be affected by it.

Annihilation has always been f***ed up, like how it doesn't effect enemies after you've been revived and reactivate it until like 2-3 seconds later. (Has caused many unnecessary deaths while playing her)

Disruptor ammo dealing little damage to boss (destroyer) shields complaint isn't true. Boss shields are just massive. What disruptor does is make your weapon deal 15% more damage to shields.
15% more damage on top of 100 damage to an enemy with 50k+ shields not feeling like a lot is normal. Normal Gold Destroyers have 33k shields, platinum have i believe 50% more on top, and progenitors have almost certainly a lot more.

(12) Progenitors (Remenant boss) takes way too long for it to open its core to fire after its arms have been destroyed. It will literaly speed-walk towards you and use its AOE attack for 20-30 seconds before it opens its core. It should be slower or the core should open more often.

My 5 cents here: ARs - most of them are still garbage on characters without Turbocharge or Tactical Cloak. They suck even on Silver, let alone above it.
My suggestion (repeated fuck knows how many times) here is - maximum 10 shots for normal red bar for full auto ARs and 6-7 for semi-auto/burst ones. Plus - adding some force to their shots for kinetic weapons and some post-hit DoT for energy ones.

Say stun all enemies for 5 seconds, knock humanoids down, including ones with armor shields.
Give ammo packs a 5 seconds 100% damage boost, so what you want is to focus fire on enemies, nuke to stagger CC things

How about - say 20% debuff for 10-20 seconds for everything in the blast radius? If not outright killed, enemies *should* be heavily affected by cobras - and that would really improve teams' chances of getting heavy enemies off their hack circles.

Still doesn't negate the fact that a Cobra can't kill sh** other than an Ahdi, Wraith, or Breacher on Platinum in a single use. I really wish they would have at least left the weak spot multiplier. Would make dealing with Destroyers and Progenitors less of a chore on Platinum. Cause I just love how even after you destroy both a Progenitors turrets it still has like 55% of its shields and requires like a minute and a half of constant gunfire and combos to wittle the rest of it down. Then ironically once its shields drop if it opens its core I've seen my buddy 2 shot kill it with a Turbo Charged Ruzad.

8) Random Weapon Mod (Uncommon) option is now missing from the Item Store. At least for now it seems that there will be an option to buy a 'Random Weapon Mod' or 'Random Character;' the RWM(Common) is a permanent option; the uncommon, rare, and ultra rare options(weapon mod or character) are on a timer, which leads me to believe they will cycle out on a weekly basis. What I question is whether or not random weapons will be added to the 'Item Store.' Which could extend the time it takes to get the 'Item store' exclusive weapon mods, since all the new weapon mods added in 1.09 "seem" to be exclusively earned with mission funds. So the option you speak of may not be missing, but instead is on a weekly rotation.
