It's likely that you've already completed that mission in-game but it's still showing up. It doesn't want you to send a strike team at it again.

I have had this a lot.

Here's how to make it happen: join an APEX mission using quick match. This completes the mission, but does not mark it complete on your computer. So it shows up on your strike team mission list, but when you talk to the bioware servers they reject the attempt.

to clear the mission from your list hit complete in multiplayer then join match and once the match is over you will have cleared it...

its a garbage system though that's for sure

just because your paranoid doesn't mean there not out to get you!

i'm dyslexic and grammatically challenged if you spot a mistake its because auto correct has messed up:)
