BW "forgot" to mention the fact that they nerfed the cooldown reduction for the exemplar in the patc

I havent gotten the exemplar yet because im too busy thanking bioware for having a turian soldier XX I have but according to this thread they reduced it from 50 to 30 www.reddit.com/r/MECoOp/comments/6m3oxu/angara_exemplar_cooldowns_seeming_slower/

Man, TSol level XX is great and the upgrades for him so useful! Dat power damage, dat combo damage. Destroying enemies with combos all day, every day. 

We'll have to call lennybusker or peddroelm to give us more clarity on that if they tested it.

If it works like most other things in that game, I would wager that they would apply only to the detonator but who knows with Biower. 

And even if the combo dmg applies to the primer too, he still benefits just a fraction of the amount of what other characters benefit from them. BW should have given a bit more thought to the veteran bonus and did different variants for the different chars. Right now, this is just laziness to the nth degree.

No surprise here, they always leave stuff out either intentionally or because they are incompetent.

Rage 5a "Unstoppable" from 100 down to 50. And I think the initial DR from Rank 1 was reduced from 25 down to 15.
