Yep, that or its a feature to fuck with people, cant say for certain anymore.
From time to time when buying a pack i got a kit that i could have sworn that i already had (turian havoc XV for example) only to get it yet again... and even again without it actually leveling up. Cant say for sure how many boxes ive bought and just didnt notice.
Suppose ill just not play the game if they keep adding fluff to the loot pool and also making it so you cant even level the things you actually get.

I've noticed that too, when getting my Uncommons leveled up I was getting Rank XV multiple times in a row.
Off topic when it comes to Pack RNG does anyone else have like 30 Character respec cards? I swear I can't buy more than a pack or 2 without getting them, which makes me wish they had a cap like ME3 which I think was 3.

What do you get from leveling character X to XI and higher- shields and health? And what is cap? Combo, power and melee dmg. 4% each per level, cap 40%. Also sometimes wrongly shown as 39% btw. |

No I don't lol so I tend to horde many of my rank III and IV boosters. It's 7,5% on lvl 3 boosters and 10% on lvl 4, not 2,5%. On platinum, I gladly take the damage bonus besides the priming ability. Besides that, many high level boosters are extremly useful, especially on platinum. Cyclonics are great on characters with massive damage reduction, power capacity and power recharge are also great. Any power damage, strength enhancer etc. often marks the difference between a OHK or THK. |
