I got 2 questions concerning hold the line:
1. Does it also proc on exactly 30% HP, or only below like 29%?
2. One has 1000 HP and gets hit by a 1000 damage skill. First 700 damage it dealt and for the last 30%, the 300 remaining damage is lowered by 200 damage reduciton, therefore by 66%. In this scenario you survive. Does it work like this?
