Carnifex driving me nuts.

The problem isn't how slow it is, the problem is that it's inconsistent. Theoretically, if you pull the trigger with a weapon as fast as you can consistently, you will always have the same ROF. It fluctuates with that weapon. They still didn't fix the ROF glitch with single shot semi autos.

This. Carnifex does more than enough damage to get the challenge done even when doing so through normal play. Adding a scope to try to get the challenge done is also a viable option.

@kilgh : For gun challenges, btw, I usually try the gun first and then decide what kit to use it with. If it fires slowly, power spamming comes to mind for that weapon. Alternatively, you might try slow-firing guns on Turbocharge characters and take the fire rate evo.

If all else fails, solo Bronze with the gun (do this anyhow from 80%+). Good example for this, imho, is aforesaid Sandstorm: that's one of the guns I'll most likely solo Bronze with most... #hopethishelps
