How would you kill Ryder if he/she were to die?

Accidentally shot by Liam. It's a pretty likely eventuality considering how wildly unprofessional the guy is.

But he's been specially trained to deal with a crisis don't you know.

During another bad scene reenactment after movie night.

By jumping in a volcano with the Nomad or getting shocked to death, while killing the zombie-Archon with omni-blade (the important part is doing it successfully and manually, not in a cut-scene).

Funny, but I said something along these lines before PB's loyalty mission.

shoot her/him
getting in an escape pod with the stowaway again
throw her/him out the airlock
throw him/her in an arena with a bunch of Fiends
exalt her/him
hire the one that killed Jein Garson to kill Ryder
go back to hab 7 and take off helmet
have the LI kill him/her

I'm thinking something to do with sacrificing themselves, probably interacting with Remnant or Jardaan technology. Maybe disseminating their consciousness throughout the tech, taking control of giant dreadnought-sized ships to aid the Initiative...

Oh, I kind of like the "Exalt her/him" one.  Kind of like the end of the third Matrix movie when Neo gets turned into Smith, and then is able to destroy the Smiths from the inside.  Ryder could become Exalted, and then Sam having direct access to the Exaltedness would allow "him" to destroy them somehow.  Neat!

Sacrifice via the Kett. I'd love for the finale to end with a sadistic choice. The Kett offer a cure for Ellen, after answering a few other questions (through quests and the like). The mother gets woken by accident (or not) forcing a choice...don't cure her, and let her go on her terms. TWO, the Kett offer a choice in which they will cure her...in exchange for one fate Ryder Twins. Sam would be forced to upload into the other twin while one goes with the Kett to be exalted. So either the PC or the twin would be taken by the Kett, effectively (but not certainly) killing them off. That way, IF they decided to continue the series, it would add a bit of weight that Andromeda DIDN'T have during the story. You'd basically set up which twin you'd continue with in the future.

Getting crushed by a bumbling overweight Pibbi who causes some sort of unnecessary accidental mayhem.

My answer might be a little weird, but I wouldn't pick a heroic death for Ryder. Andromeda is all about new beginnings. But it's also involves heavy risk. It's also all about the unexpected. So just imagine that Ryder, the pathfinder, the hero of the heleus cluster, the slayer of the Archon....dies in the most unexpected fashion. Think back to Mass Effect 2, when they killed off Shepard briefly. For a moment, I was shocked. I couldn't believe that was how Shepard died, after all their heroics. Of course they brought Shepard back, but what if they hadnt? We would have been saddened and broken after that scene. We would probably never have gotten over it. The worst deaths are usually the ones that are unexpected. If Ryder was to die, he/she had to die in a way the fans could never truly recover from. It would also serve as a reminder that nobody is safe in Andromeda.

In a massive alien orgy, how else?
Probably happen right about the time the krogan join in and give everyone internal bleeding.
