So I don't remember talking to her on my first run and she said something puzzling. She said " I noticed trouble when I landed, The Angara are on edge. Perhaps you should check it out." What is she talking about? I saw no quest markers or anything. Also this time I did Voeld first.

I had this conversation just yesterday and I believe she was referring to Havarl ´ s problems with unstable climate and 3rd monolith. As I understood it, this asari flies the ship, which delivers water from Voeld to Heleus colonies, including Havarl. I also did Voeld first, so I don ´ t know if she says this to you only when you choose to help Voeld first and Havarl after that. |

The dialogue remains the same even if you finished everything on Havarl before visiting Voeld.
