Evolution 6A of Shield Boost (Salarian Operator and Angara Insurgent) reads: Overcharge: "Increases maximum shields of all affected targets by 100% for 3s" Is this power like Biotic Link for characters with Barrier like the Asari Adept and Human Kineticist. Where the max shields are increased by 40% (with at least one biotic effect is active on an enemy) but stay there even after the biotic effect is over? Questions: 1. After the 3 seconds are up, do the shields remain at 200% 2. Does Shield Boost stack with multiple Operators or Insurgents casting it on the team? 3. Is the 100% shield boost based off of base shields or after all Fitness evolutions, cyclonic boosters, and equipment? I've been re-speccing my Operator over and over to find a good Platinum build. Today, I switched from: Invasion: 4B 5B 6B (Sabotage) -> 4B 5B 6A (Virulence) Shield Boost: 4B 5B 6B (Extended Duration) -> 4B 5B 6A (Overcharge) Support Systems: 4B (Radius) 5A 6B -> 4A (Duration) 5A 6B At the beginning of a hack/upload/start of a wave, I cast Shield Boost. Hope that it's helping to increase the starting shields of my teammates. I tried looking in search here and in the numerical workbook, but couldn't find an answer to this.

If this can take my scrub ass through Platinum, it should work for everyone.
Interested to learn the answers about overcharge, but it's probably still better to take the extended uptime on shield boost, especially if the shield gate doesn't have an internal cooldown like it did in ME3.
