Comparing the list of ME3MP equipment with that of MEAMP, there's four items that are missing:
Barrage Upgrade
Batarian Gauntlet
Geth Scanner
Responder Loadout
Do you think we'll see any of those in the future?
There is an N7 rarity mod filter for equipment in the APEX HQ mobile app. If anything would be ultra-rare, it would be the Geth Scanner. BW might not add it so let the Turian Agent remain unique (same with the Batarian Gauntlet).

My guesses.
Barrage Upgrade and Responder Loadout are innocuous so I don't see why not.
Batarian Gauntlet and Geth Scanner (= Turian Visor) would take away what make some characters unique so I vote no.
Although if they do add equipment that replicates unique character abilities, then I also want:
Asari Sword Gear
Krogan Hammer Gear
Kinetic Ascension Gear
etc.
