How much longer?

Same here. I hope ME 3 keeps going as long as it can. I think it would be a very bad move for BioWare (EA) to shut it down now. There's a lot of complaints about their latest ME game. However, with EA, I wouldn't be surprised if they decided to end ME 3 mp for good, just to "force" players to play their new s.. Because we all know Andromeda is nowhere near as good as its older brother, and to stay alive it will need something drastic to happen (it's only my prediction).

Personally I've been playing for over a year, and I still enjoy it as much as the first time I met a lot of fantastic people, played hunderds matches, had ton of fun and collected beautiful memories (which some of them are stored on the Internetz ). I wish I had been more open minded back in 2012 (I tried it only a couple of times and left it for good after that).

Currently I'm working on my N7 challenge series (learning how to enjoy soloing - which I admit, isn't that easy haha). Pretty much every day I play a couple of games with friends and I don't have plans to retire anytime soon. Hopefully you guys are going to play it whenever you can/want

Given the flop that is Andromeda, hopefully biower is smart enough to keep the servers going for at least the next 4-5 yrs. They're getting more players and the game is tons of fun, much more so than Andromeda, so they've no reason to kill them off.

I just started so hopefully a while, I've still got lots of dem space guns and aliens left to unlock.

I think EA actually has a pretty good track record for keeping games going online longer than you might think.

And as long as people are playing I think they are likely to keep the servers up. Its not as if they need to host matches...

ME3 also has a special place in my heart; it was my first online gaming experience, and I still find it rewarding and fun, particularly with friends; and many of those are RL friends who I've known 5 yrs now.

I hope it keeps going for as long as I am able to play tbh

I also think that people who are new to the series who start with Andromeda, and then want to experience the rest of the series will help keep it going.
If we're still seeing new players then that's good 😊

It may be that when the NEXT gen is out people will put away their old consoles, and the player base will plummet, even with backwards compatibility...

According to origin i have 4605 hours in ME3(it's almost 7 months!) and i still want to play.That says it all.

If UT'99 is still on-going, then ME3 MP should be the same. As long as there are players to keep it alive.

If I ever get sick of that awesome "BOOM" of the High Lord followed by the popping of a skull, that's when this game will be over for me. Hasn't happened yet and I don't really see that happening any time soon either.

I don't plan on retiring - I still have a lot of fun in ME3 MP.

Ah yes, that's glorious as well.

Sorely missing from MP: the Reaper horn. You can hear them very faintly in London, when it's quiet. But I'm talking full volume, loud as fuck Reaper horn.

I remember back when the Retaliation DLC came out, and it had this amazing trailer, where at the end you saw Harbinger landing on the Dagger Hazard map. When we saw that, my friends and I thought we were going to have that actually happening on that map in game. We thought that was going to be the hazard of that map. Upon extraction wave, a Reaper would descend with blaring horn, and we would have to survive evading the ray of death until we could extract.

I still think it would have been brilliant.

London's actually one of my favourite maps, in terms of atmosphere. In terms of objectives, it can be a nightmare.

Kssshk, I have left ME3MP a few times, because I got fed up with it. But after a few months I would reinstall the game again and get reminded why I left it by drawing London Geth and getting sniped by Rokkit Troopa's and Primes and Drones trough every gap imaginable while Hunters and Pyros gangbang me up close
