Default Halberd has concussive skin, yea. Siphon for Halberd? No, just Bulwark. Just checked in game: all weapon variants should have all three variants. The standard Halberd thus should have remained black. I haven't gotten round to Expert packs again yet, so I don't know what'll happen when the rest of these rares drop but my guess is that this is just another bug. hence my question if you had gotten the Siphon Bulwark version as well. The skin you got for the Avenger is the Bulwark skin, btw... |

It's a typo. There are lots of punctuation errors the in the multiplayer menus; mainly words that are capitalized in some instances, and lower case in others.
However, I'm surprised there aren't variants of common weapons. More RNG factors, more $ being spent = profit for BSN

My Vanq siphon uses the widow's text. The variant weapons are all over the place.
