It will absolutely run on XBOX. Microsoft stated all XBOne games run on XBOX and vice versa. It's kind of like the XBOs. Not a new generation, just more powerful. Same games, same community, etc.

^^ pretty much this. The only difference would the the X(such a crappy name, I would've stuck with Scorpio) will utilize performance to a higher level than the XB1, more so if one decides to invest in 4k tvs.

All Xbox One games will run on Xbox One X and they will pretty much all run better when doing so. The question is whether MEA will be able to take full advantage of the Xbox One X's capabilities and run in full 4K mode.
