Siphon gave you +1% rate of fire per level (maximum of +10% at lvl X)
Concussive gave you +1% damage per level (maximum of 10% at lvl X)

Ah, great! Now, "by popular request", they'll make upgraded versions of the BCS weapons too. Let's call these modifications the "M" version.
