I did one once on DAI or at least a rough attempt that got pretty close. I've not had any celebrity look alikes on MEA yet but I've managed a couple on DAI as I also had one that looked like Lea Michelle I think thanks to a hairstyle mod I installed. Re Cena - I think that preset is a very common one for people to use who are looking to do a BroShep look-alike.
I don't have screenshots to upload, but my Scott is quite different from the norm... He looks more like a young Kevin Costner than anything.

Prior to the 1.09 changes, this was the preset I favored, partly because it was the only one I particularly liked for male Ryder, but also because the only other preset I liked turned out to be Reyes.
