I can't seem to access it and every time I do it keeps telling (Cannot contact EA servers). Is this a problem for anyone else? Also, some of the gold strike missions I can send my team on seem to have abysmally low completion chances. I'm looking at one called (Recover Stolen Habitation Data) and even with my Level 20 Human Intelligence team it's only got a 55% completion chance.
EDIT: In fact, every gold mission seems to have low completion chances for me, hovering around ~50% for nearly all my Level 20 teams. Maybe the app team screwed something up?

It's working fine for me.
Once your teams are saddled with negative traits it is pretty common to see low success chances across the board. I've been through days when I was happy to see a 38% success chance (the Gold baseline).
When you select a team to send on a mission it shows you the traits that are being applied, positive and negative.

I had the below issue yesterday, What finally fixed it for me was clearing Data and Cache for the APEX HQ App.
I have been using the Mass Effect Andromeda APEX HQ app for months with pretty good success. When done i would always force close the app. Yesterday, i noticed that there is a logoff option. So i used it for the first time. Now, every time i attempt to start the app, i get the following ... ERROR We're sorry. Electronic Arts servers could not be reached at this time. Please try again later. After many logon attempts with the same response, it will eventually show the EA logon page. But even filling that in correctly, or even choosing the "Forgot Password" option, it takes the same error. It has been 24 hours since it stopped working, i assume it is not actually a EA server issue. I tried on both wifi and data plan connections.I also uninstalled/reinstalled the App. I was able to logon to my EA account from my laptop so my EA account does exist.

On my HTC (android) its in "settings" and "apps", find Mass Effect Andromeda APEX HQ in the list and it has option to clear data and clear Cache under the "storage" option.
