So I thought I would replay the trilogy and just make all the absolute worst decisions possible. My ultimate aim is to end up at the citadel party in me3 with almost no one at my side, but I need some pointers about which are the most heinous decisions in the trilogy to make... some of them are difficult. Spoilers abound from here on in.
For example - which is worst?
Recruiting Morinth and killing Samara, or letting Samara shoot herself in front of her last remaining daughter?
Killing Tali in the vent run (to see how they deal with it in me3), or choosing the Geth and having her throw herself off a cliff?
Should I bang Ash in 1 and then shoot her in 3? Or should I bang Liara and then continually cheat on her? And still shoot Ash... which is colder?
Have Dr Chakwas die on the collector base, or tell her in me3 to stay on the citadel because I don't want her on the ship anymore? Which could also help me save Mordin in 2 for shooting in 3 if I send him back to look after the Dr...
The plan so far is to kill off Kaidan in 1. Save Wrex so I can sabotage the cure and shoot both him and Mordin in 3. Then kill off as many squad mates as possible in the worst ways. I.e. Maybe I should take up Jacobs offer to run the vents. Send a non loyal Garrus to lead the fire team. Send legion to Cerberus. No loyalty missions. Let the crew die on the collector base... choose low ems control and become a vengeful all powerful god.
Any other pointers for how I can have the most messed up play through?

Checkout this playthrough in this thread. Its one of the best playthrough in the ME trilogy. Here's what the group photo looks like with only Steve, Samantha, edi, Liara, Shepard, James and Joker in the Citadel dlc

That is quite the kill count! Thanks, now I have loads of ideas for Dick Shepard.
What about the non-kill options? Which other decisions could he make that are just straight up psychotic?

What about the non-kill options? What about them? If someone couldn't be killed, there's nothing that the player can do about that. What you may call psychotic, I call doing whatever it takes to complete the mission There's really nothing more that can be done then what's in that playthrough.

Save Rana Thanoptis and Balak. They'll take down others. Don't do Arrival and more soldiers will die crashing the asteroid. Destroy the Collector Base and save the Council.

My version of this was named "Amira Shepard" and used one of the ME3 Mods which allows you to change your head to Asari and extended wardrobe settings. I followed the genocidal route because my Shepard could easily just kill everyone, escape to the edge of the galaxy and wait the war out there before going to settle hiding on a non-harvested world. It was the most antagonistic trilogy I've ever made. •I killed Conrad. •I sold Legion in one bundle with David. •I killed Samara with a gleeful smile. •I ended the Quarians before ending the Geth personally. •And Wrex ended the same way Mordin did... And the worst thing is... I ENJOYED IT.

I've started a Renegade run after my first noble paragon run that was very satisfying. I guess I just want to get a bit of a reassurance that by choosing Renegade options consistently I will actually have a game to play? I know it's BioWARE, but in your experience, good folks, is the Renegade quest-line as long/makes sense as the Paragon's one?

I guess I just want to get a bit of a reassurance that by choosing Renegade options consistently I will actually have a game to play? I know it's BioWARE, but in your experience, good folks, is the Renegade quest-line as long/makes sense as the Paragon's one? It's pretty much the same game(s) whether or not you play renegade vs paragon, although there's two unique side quests in ME1 that can only be received if you play (largely) renegade or paragon; "The Negotiation" for Renegade, and "Besieged Base" for Paragon. Now as to whether or not the game makes as much sense as Renegade vs Paragon.... not entirely, they retcon the human nationalist sentiment from ME1 into oblivion in the sequels, retcon the human council from the renegade council sacrificed + Udina as councilor end state in the sequels, if you kill the Rachni Queen in ME1 then there's the asspull of another one in ME3,etc. It's pretty clear that Paragon decisions are the more "canon" ones, with a notable exception being the collector base saved decision, which makes the Cerberus Sith Empire in ME3 0.3% more credible. The only decisions that make you lose out on (playable/tangible) content are if you kill Wrex in ME1(which isn't a renegade decision per say), which results in him not being a squadmate in the ME3 citadel DLC and if you sell off Legion to Cerberus in ME2, which results in not having him as a squadmate in 2 and not being able to do his loyalty mission.
