Would APEX Requirements for Each Tier Improve MEAMP?

This post might sound entitled as fuck but it is what it is. Playing with friends isn't always an option so occasionally (as you do) I'll join a random Platinum lobby and it will be filled with players who either can't have played more than an hour or are just so laughably underprepared I'd rather immediately quit MP and re-login just so I don't get dropped into the same hopeless lobby over and over and as I'm staring at loading screens I think to myself... what a crap system this is.

Why these people keep coming to platinum like hordes of bronze zombies I don't know. Either they lack the self-awareness of how poorly equipped they are which is a failing of the game's UI system or they just don't care and are looking to leach off people who have put in the hours and hours required to contribute effectively at that level.

Surely getting kicked 500 times, making lobby wait times 10x longer and platinum games 25%-50%+ harder/longer you would have thought they would have got the message. Why doesn't BioWare just make the tiers unlockable rewards so that every player in a lobby is guaranteed to have achieved a basic manifest standard required for a given difficulty level so as to ensure they will not struggle and have a negative experience and save us the hassle of having to kick people out of games over and over again like professional nightclub bouncers?

You could argue about what each Apex Requirement might or should be but for me from my experiences I'd probably say:

APEX 0: Bronze (default)
APEX 2.5K: Silver (Silver Trophy/Achievement/Banner)
APEX 5K: Gold (Gold Trophy/Achievement/Banner)
APEX 10k: Platinum (UR unlock/Banner)
