So my first play through wasn't complete, I never found the Turian arc and skipped a bunch of stuff after about the halfway point because I was wanting to unlock new game plus gotta different style of character.
One of the main issues ive encountered is augments. The ones you research, if they were sold to a vendor, cannot be reacquired - this means my second character has no way to get any of the researched augments for their weapons or armor.
Anyone know a way around this?

Anyone know a way around this? I'm curious - Why did you sell them in the first place? The augments you have at the end of your game do carry over in your inventory into the next game; So, if there is no other work around (e.g. gibbed save editor??), it might be worthwhile to go back into your earlier save (hopefully, you kept some progressive manual saves) to a point before you sold the augment you want and redo a minimum again to get to the end game... then import that new 1st playthrough endgame save. My first rule of augments is to never sell them and always deconstruct the weapons I use them in to get the augments back.

The way augments drops work is that you unlock them once with research and after that they are a random drop from enemies and larger chests.
I agree with @upupawayredux if you need those augments back and you are not too far into your game I would suggest reloading a save from your old character and resetting your NG+ save.

Well I can't make new ones. The arguments that I developd on my old and weak weapons was lost because the size of my inventary. It will be better if is possible creat new ones in the game, insted not iniciate a new play through not exporting your previous character.

It will be better if is possible creat new ones in the game, insted not iniciate a new play through not exporting your previous character. Since you did research the augment in your first playthrough, are you certain that it isn't possible you'll find them as random items in chests and things. As Sanunes said, within one playthrough, you can find additional copies of an augment in containers and in shops after you craft the augment once. They are random and rare, but you can get them that way. Since you can't craft the item again with the NG+ playthrough, are you absolutely sure that you won't just be able to find them randomly? Also, on the Xbox One at least, I am still able to access any of my old manual saves from my first playthrough even after importing that character into an NG+ game. My load game menu now gives me two Scott's to choose from (Scott, who is my first playthrough, and Scott(1), who is my NG+ playthrough. So, I could, at any time, still go back and, say, redo the last half of my first playthrough even though I also have a save started with that same character in NG+. I think it probably works about the same way on the PS4 and on the PC. On the Xbox One, I flip between them using the right or left buttons on the controller after selecting "Load Game" from the main menu. Beyond that, I think you only choice, if you're on PC, is to use a save editor.

As a much I progress, I will not create a thrid play through. For creat new stuff I will drop the arguments resseach and focus on shopping, that's is the only way for me now.
