It now takes more special ammo bullets to prime targets than it used to compared to last week. Anyone else notice this?

I definitely didn't notice a stealth patch.
I'm pretty sure they can't have data downloaded to our machines without us knowing about it.

Were you using variant weapons? If so, this is a known issue since release No mate, i was using 2 vanilla ones. (Rozerad VI and Hurricane III).

As i recall they can change some values server side without having to release an actual patch. The bulk of the balance changes have been handled server-side for Mass Effect 3, so it's probable they're doing them that way now, as well. There were some changes from 1.09, but I don't know if those were in the patch itself, or launched simultaneously server-side during the maintenance.
