Got 2 matches with almost no credit reward. I was going to ignore that Bronze game, but encountering the bug* on Platinum forces me to take action. I don't know where exactly to ask my money credits back. BioWare ows me, I need to know how much.
*Bug: someone joins very late game and players get almost no credits.

Hope you time stamped it or have a screenshot, this happens to me way too often. Someone DC's someone joined mid match and the game acts like the entire match was aborted after we get a full extraction, from launch I'm probably owed half a million credits from this BS constantly happening. The latest occurrence just a few days ago, full extract on Gold, got 6000 credits instead of 55000.

Yes I have screenshots, converted the match ending times to GMT already. Looks like it's -5% for every person failed to extract.

Hmmm, I had something similar happen on a silver one life to live match. I literally died 2 seconds before extracting so I thought maybe it was because I failed to extract...but I guess not. Still the credits you earn in bronze and silver is hardly worth the annoyance of dealing with customer service (imo).

I was going to ignore the bronze match, but not the platinum. While I was reporting the platinum, I'm not going to leave out the bronze.
