Believe it or not, the hardest choice for me was to either expose the asari pathfinder or hide the dirty secret, i thought about that one a good deal. Also letting Sloane die, because it was timed, and i have a good deal of respect for her character (the ingame one, not the book version). I can't remember any other, most choices are quite straightforward for me. Never had a problem with this one. There is only one thing worse than a bad decision: No decision. She had to react fast under battle conditions. The Asari gained a valuable asset at the cost of one live. She did it, its done, no argument afterwards. So I nearly yelled at my monitor for Cora to just shut up and stick her Paladin ideals where the sun never shines.

Whether to lie to my brother when he's in a coma about Alec being dead. Yeah, that was a tough one (only it was Sara who was in a coma for me). I played it through again because the first time I told the truth on both counts and just couldn't deal with darn near killing her with the news. On the second try, I told her the truth about dad but lied about finding a home... and that seemed to work out OK. In my first PT i thought, that telling the truth could worsen the status of the Sibling's coma. But lying about Dad was above me, could not do it. Imagine waking up and finding out, your HeroDad, Pathfinder, the one who was always ahead of everyone, is now dead, what a mad cruel reality to wake up in. Lying about Home is a nice one. Kinda gives your sister\brother hope, the very thing she\he needs at the moment. "Dont give uo, there is a whole world waiting for you". So no questions for me. Went with this route both times. Would do the same again.

That. I really did have to think about that one. I'm running a completionist campaign at the moment and the angaran AI also caught me off-guard (didn't do it on my first run). Still not sure I made the right decision (went with it's wishes and sent it to SAM node). I was a bit pissed off with the Angara's attitude too - never mind the fact that I've basically just did the entire Resistance's job for them and wiped out most of the kett on Voeld, I've found an old old relic that happens to be self-aware and obeyed it's wishes so basically I'm just kett. Honestly, fuck that guy. And fuck Maariko too, with his stupid satellites. I made a selfish decision about the AI... I did not want that crazy bitch having access to my sam and, indirectly, a path into my head. I sent her to the angara and smiled profusely when Evfra complained to me about her.I liked that too. I love when choices are acknowledged in small ways, as well as (hopefully) big ways. The AI was super annoying. Also, she sounds like Dawn French...

Whether to lie to my brother when he's in a coma about Alec being dead. I found that one surprisingly easy. I would want the truth if I was the unconscious twin, so that's the choice I would always make. Probably a bit selfish on my part, some people perhaps shouldn't/wouldn't want to know.

I agree, Cora acted quite childish in that scenario - but i think it was well written as it suited her idealized image of commandos. Maybe i wasn't clear enough, i supported Sarissa as pathfinder, my undecision was only about telling the dirty truth or hiding the incident. Pathfinder aren't black ops like Spectres, but seem to act like leaders, so being a public figure it made sense to protect her reputation.
