Can someone point out a definitive resource on combo damage? I imagine it is buried in the numerical tests thread, but I don't have time to look through all of it. Also, searching for "combo damage" hasn't been fruitful.

But I wonder, does ranking matter? (I think "no", but I'd love to be sure.) If I have a veteran rank bonus for combo damage and prime and someone else has a different bonus and detonates, do they add? What does combo radius really do? How different is the AOE damage from the primary damage? and so on and so forth...
