Anyone else reading these Dark Horse comics? They star none other than Kandros and take place before the Andromeda Initiative leaves the Milky Way. I bought the first two and pre-ordered the third which will be out this Wed. I loved seeing Garson and her head of security is formidable. The initiative get shadier.

Haven't read any of the comics, even in the OT. I've read 3 out of the 5 books published (won't read the last of the OT books but read the MEA book). I don't know how interested I am. I heard Kaidan's BAaT story didn't exactly line up with that he told Shepard in ME1. I figure there's not that much effort put into continuity so I'm less interested.

Yep. Their deal involving that quarian and the geth are indeed strange.

What i want to know is how Tiran goes from being a undercover Hierarchy agent to a security office inside the AI.

I've pre-ordered the complete collection on amazon. That'll be a nice surprise in January when I've forgotten about it. It's all planned though; while I'm loving Andromeda I'll have probably moved onto something else by Christmas. Discovery will arrive in January kicking me back into Andromeda. Hopefully there will be some DLC by then too.

In most cases I've encountered it occurs because the artist needs more time to complete their work. And more power to them. The art is half the craft in comics! I thought it noteworthy in this case because of exactly how long it was delayed, especially considering the subject matter the comic has been covering. I must admit, reasons relating to DLC content had crossed my mind also.

Pushing back the release date of a comic is, regrettably, quite common. Only recently Dark Horse pushed back the release date of the first two volumes of The Legend of Korra graphic novels.

Delaying comics is very normal. I had to delay reading my Invincible Iron Man comic until the delayed Civil War II series ended because the Iron Man comic spoiled the ending for Civil War II!!
