They probably sent it to everyone who has an EA account and didn't bother to check who actually owns the game (that's probably incredibly difficult to do and time consuming) as I got that email to. Though, good see EA is still trying to promote the game despite, shall we say certain critics/rumors.

Maybe to help you infect your friends? I got my friend to play MP after the trial happened. Exactly. Indoctrinate anyone with an email address. My friend Paul got a niece and a cousin to join. I'd ask my neighbors, but they're old (not physically, just mentally) and boring. My gaming group (which varies in size per gaming genre) hates EA. They all have mad respect for old BioWare, but not when it comes to EA. I don't have to get into why. We all know why. I'm the last BioWare Jedi in my group (or maybe I'm indoctrinated? Maybe I'm the misinformed guy?). |
